Refunds & Exchanges

I offer exchanges or refunds for ready made tiaras; however, the buyer must request the refund or exchange within 2 days of the package being delivered to your address. This is to prevent customers from wearing tiaras and returning them after their performance or function. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and otherwise damaged or modified. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and restocking fee will apply (prices vary depending on headpiece) as hair attachments have to be removed from the piece before offering for sale again. .

Generally, custom made tiaras are not eligible for exchanges or refunds; custom order exchanges and refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis.
